"BAMBOO" This serigraph with foil stamping, is part of the Asia Princess Suite by ERTÉ produced in 1986.
The suite consists of three subjects (see image). Each are made in an edition of 300 and 35 are AP (artist proofs) and 9 HC (not signed). The one we are offering here is AP 28/35. Meaning that it is number 28 of only 35 that are a special artist proof (see image)
The Average market price in a gallery for this is approximitly $7,000, if you can find one.
The print alone measures 28 ˝ x 20 ˝", in frame, it measures 38 x 30" and was mounted by the gallery that sold it in 1986. The frame has some dents and scratches but they are minor |
