This is way to large to be worn as a bracelet. It can be worn on upper arm. My guess is it went around a bun of hair. It measures 3 7/8 wide and 6 1/4 in. top to bottom. Weight is 74 grams. There is some slight damage to wire work on the back and one of the hanging sections is missing.
