.An absolutely beautiful hand made silver box. Quite possibly used by Dr. Gardner to hold herbs or potions. Hand formed and chased, tests for high content silver, maybe .950 fine. It measures 2 5/8 x 5/8 deep. There are some dents and dings present. No markings as to fineness or maker.Ripley # IOM96
