This is actually known as a Topas from colonial South America circa 1810-40 and was used to keep the capes they wore then secure. Silver content is around 90 % fine Had cap on chain at one time. Flowers, Fire Bird designs. No markings. 10 x 2 inches. No repairs or damage.
