There is a discolored area on the top right. This is most likely from having been touched and oil from finger not being cleaned off.

Jack Zajac is known world wide for his fantastic sculpture. His work resides in collections at the Whitney Museum, Stanford, The Milwaukee Art Center, the Museum of  Modern Art, the Israel Museum, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art and many private collections. He is a teacher in the Art Department of the University of California at Santa Cruz and has been artist in residence American Academy in Rome and Dartmouth College. Mr. Zajac has earned many an award of merit  i.e.: the American Academy of Arts and Letters, the Rome Prize and a Guggenheim Fellowship. His solo exhibits have been held from London, Rome, New York numbering well over 50. Just this past summer he had been featured with two others as THE THREE OLD TIMERS at Gallery 258
The work offered here was purchased at his Retrospect exhibit held at the Fine Arts Gallery of San Diego in conjunction with the Santa Barbara Museum of Art in 1975.
